In further review of some Windows References, related to NETBIOS
oriented Broadcasts, YOU ARE ALSO CORRECT.... If WIN Servers are not
defined, and the LMHOSTS file contains no entries to resolve the NETBIOS
Name, then NETBIOS Name Queries are performed via Broadcasts.
