OK, I thought I'd follow up here. I believe the card is working because the
send light on the 3com impact iq does flash, but I think the TA is set wrong
because it doesn't respond with, say, and "OK." I have sent it the command
to put it into 230400 serial mode. So, has anyone seen any information that
could help me in setting up the TA in linux? It's a pretty common device,
so there should be a help page somewhere.
