I too noticed this problem shortly after moving up from 0.99.1 to
0.99.2. Two or there times a day I would need to restart diald.
I went back to 0.99.1 and it seems to have gone away. It might have
happened once in the past two weeks, but I occasionally fool around
with my system's networking and I think the one time I saw this with
0.99.1 was at about the time I was experimenting.
