Randy,
There is a newer version of diald (0.99.2) which can be tracked down on the web from
the linux mirror sites - I suggest you make sure you are using this first since a
number of bugs in diald have been fixed along the way. Please also provide details of
your machine, kernel version etc. - then I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.
