Apparently it is a udp and tcp type, as listed in RFC 1700. It is a
port used for "Quote of the Day".
Well, to ignore it, you probably want to add something like
ignore tcp tcp.source=tcp.qotd
ignore tcp tcp.dest=tcp.qotd
ignore udp udp.source=udp.qotd
ignore udp udp.dest=udp.qotd
