I have the same setup here at home (except for kernel version). You
probably can use the same options file. Diald 0.99.x has more features
than 0.16.5, and as such there are more config options. I think that
all of the existing options should work, however. It is described in
the man pages.
You don't actually have to rename the diald.options file at all. You
can juse add "-- -f /etc/diald/diald.options" to the end of the
start-stop-daemon line. Of course, you can just rename it and save
some trouble.
