Hi,
I have SLIP (serial line support) compiled into my kernel (2.0.36) but I
don't have six bit encapsulation. Do I need this?
Also, I've been trying to determine if my diald troubles have stemmed
from bad slip support on my end. What would the symptoms be if SLIP
weren't kosher on my box when I tried to run diald? Would diald even
start up?
