Yes, I'd be interested in a variation of the code.  What I'm looking for is
something like that that'll bring ICQ online when the connection is up and
then down when the connection is down.  Although I am by no means a
programmer, it doesn't sound too difficult since ICQ is designed to detect
MS dial up networking.  Seems the code could just signal ICQ by the same
means as the MS dial up does.  Has anyone seen anything of the like?
