For the past few weeks, I saw numerous emails asking for the site to
download diald.
So I summarize a list of sites that were mentioned.

I believed the lastest now is 0.99.3 but I read people has been using 0.99.4.
Is this true? If yes, where can I find it? I could not find it at the above
sites.
