Lazy question....

Hello all....

I am sorry... I am only a bit lazy.... lack of time forces me to look for a 
quick answer... is it possible to share a modem between diald and any call 
answering system? Say, I want to be able to dial to the box from time to 
time and upgrade the options or pull the mail?
