I'm trying to build diald on a Linux From Scratch system (www.linuxfromscratch.org). I've installed the tcp-wrappers, and PAM, but when I try to make diald, it looks like it's building OK, until I get the following: ./fixwrappers cc -o diald diald.o options.o modem.o filter.o slip.o lock.o ppp.o dev.o proxya rp.o fsm.o timer.o parse.o buffer.o route.o bufio.o utils.o firewall.o log.o acc ess.o proxy.o proxy_tap.o proxy_slip.o proxy_dev.o shell.o -lwrap -lnsl -lpam -l dl /usr/local/i586-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot open -lwrap: No such file or directo ry collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [diald] Error 1 Where is -lwrap going to come from? And presumably I'm going to hit the same problem with -lnsl, -lpam nad -ldl, as I have no sign of them of my system.
