Well, in the past couple of days, not only did I get diald-top onto sourceforge
but also had two releases (and corresponding freshmeat.net announcements) as
well.
Rev 2.1 incorporated a patch I had lost that was sent to me in Jan 1999
Rev 2.1pl2 fixed compilation to work with newer Linuxes. Test compile on RH6.2
I still need new developers to help out with this if this is going to remain
as a useful program. I have had 90 downloads in the past two days, but I
guess nobody found the mailing lists, or nobody felt like joining them, so I
am "officially" announcing them here.
diald-top has two mailing lists:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
If you are currently using diald-top, please consider joining the users list,
and if you are willing to step forward to help with future development, even
better. Please join the devel list.
Also if you want to do development, please register on sourceforge, and let
me know your sourceforge ID so I can give you developer access to the CVS
repository.
Please visit:
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/diald-top/
Thanks, all. :)
P.S. I need new developers as I am using DSL with no PPP session, so I haven't
been using diald for some time now, and have no test platform for diald-top. I
know there are plenty of users out there, and I'm sure at least one is
interested in taking on a developer role.
Ciao
Gavin.
