That's great. My concern, however, is not that you are the current
maintainer. It's more that there is little *evidence* to support your
contributions. To be as clear as possible: I am not disputing your
merit, just the lack cited evidence to support it.
FWIW, all the Java files I looked at list three names (Jeff Briggs,
Henry Hughes, Ryan Morse) as the contributors. I only found one
reference to your name in one file. Typically, IBM contributions are
attributed to IBM, not the individual contributors.

I am the maintainer for this project and have been since development was
restarted in Jan 2008, Since then there has been multiple
releases(available
on sourceforge where it is currently being maintained ) and a
significant amount of code change.
