Solving Sphinx dependencies can be painful. Add a script to
check if everything is ok.

Tested on:
        - Fedora 25 and 26;
        - Ubuntu 17.04;
        - OpenSuse Tumbleweed;
        - Arch Linux;
        - Gentoo.
