[linux-dvb] bug in mplex?

Hello,
my boyfriend has some problems with transcoding recorded videos.
Recording and cutting are ok (the recorded and the cutted version are
playable with vdr). After multiplexing with mplex the audio (ac3) is
gone after the place of the first cut. He uses the latest driver.
Can anybody help me?
