[linux-dvb] quiet PC

Sorry for beeing off topic, but many of you seem to have experience with
quiet pc's.
my question is, if one can still by AT powersupply and cooler/fan for
Pentium (-133) CPU's? 
My VDR box is anozingly loud and I'd like to invest some money (~50 EUR)
in quiet hardware.
Do you have any sugestions for me?
