Today I am trying to use dvbd on a redhat 7.0 with kernel 2.4.4 and driver 0.8.2. Driver looks like compiling OK , after make insmod looks like modules were installed but on starting dvbd I got an: dvb: dvb_mmap failed in /var/log/messages the dvbd put: ioctl VSFRONTEND : operation not permitted What is wrong ?
