Ok - it *was* the problem, i simply changed the EXPORT makro to without _GPL and i could load the driver. However - kvdr can not display Xv with it (just overlay works), just a green screen so i can not verify if the flashes are gone at least. Also it is'nt any bit more stable than the development driver - without a dish connected it gives outcom errors after a few minutes of operation. This is'nt supposed to happen, as signal loss can happen during thunderstorms as well and should'nt disintegrate the system.
