This is not a DVB card but a hardware MPEG2 encoder card and probably
not supported by any Linux driver yet.
What are the names of the other chips on the card?

The DVB cards offered by VVmer ([EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]) seem to 
be renamed Twinhan cards. AFAIK, there are many Taiwan companies 
who resale those.
