http://www.dvbshop.tv/ has the TT dvb-t card for 103.90 Euro.
A little googling for "dvb-t Hauppauge" at google.co.uk shows it e.g. at www.kelkoo.co.uk for 70.81 pounds or at http://web6.scan.co.uk/Products/Info.asp?WPID=9833 for 62.28 pounds.
Satellite cards are even cheaper, the Skystar2 is available for about 60,-EUR.
