After all, receiving DVB-T signal works quite well now... apparently I just needed to buy antenna for it (Triax Supergain 14W, E21-69). Central antenna of the building does not even point to right direction. Damn that.
Why did anyone not say it is clearly a problem with weak signal? :) Now that I have some idea about what "good enough" signal looks like (on "tzap" output), I could easily tell the difference.
