Ack. Unfortunately I neither have a datasheet for the ves1893 nor a 1.3 card. Anyway, it should not be too hard to identify which register setting causes the problem. A happy 1.3 owner ;-) should try to replace the new register init table with the old one. If it works, revert the changes step by step until it breaks again.
