hi all!
i've recently bought an avermedia avertv dvb-t 771 and tried to get it running on a linux 2.6.4er kernel but failed until now.
i've applied the patches from wolfram (http://www.frokaschwei.net/avtv771/avermedia.html) and there are no problems during compilation as well as inserting the modules into the kernel. i've made a small test-script to load the drivers into the kernel:
#!/bin/sh modprobe dvb_core modprobe bttv modprobe bt878 modprobe mt352 modprobe dvb_bt8xx modprobe dst
below is a snippet of the log file for this. everythings seems to be fine. but i fail to tune in to a channel. i used the scan script from pvr mailing list.

is there something i've overlooked? what about the warnings from the hotplug-engine? i updated from kernel 2.4 to 2.6 and didn't care about it, because all features of my system are still running.
help is really appreciated;)
regards, frank
