CONFIG_PM_SLEEP_ADVANCED_DEBUG should depend on CONFIG_PM_SLEEP
and CONFIG_CAN_PM_TRACE need not depend on EXPERIMENTAL. Modify
kernel/power/Kconfig along those lines.
