Hi-

Many apologies if this is an inappropriate list for this question.

I'm looking for a hardware platform that runs linux, has about pentium
250MHz speeds and is low power. I need an embedded, mobile solution that
can have audio in and out. If there's a single board computer out there
that fits this, but doesn't have audio, I can add the audio myself in
custom hardware.

The problem it seems to me is that there are no low power pentium 250MHz
equivilent single board computers- mostly because pentiums designed for
laptops are in short supply? (or maybe most embedded applications presume
AC power is availible.) I'd prefer intel basded (maybe and AMD or Cyrix
chip?) but am also looking at the StrongArm based Netwinder.

Any recommendations appreciated!

Thanks-

Jay
