I want to build a "dickless" linux box- aka a Linux box without a disk.
I intend to use flash for my primary storage device and have some good
ram capacity.

So, what happens to the swap partition? Can I build an kernal that
doesn't use swap, or will I have to make a ram disk that is my swap? By
definition the ram disk has to be smaller than the availible ram area, so
it seems kinda pointless.....b ut I don't want to be swapping out to
flash-- it will wear out eventually.

Thanks for any advice--

Jay

Worried about Y2K? You should have bought a Macintosh.
(It also costs less, is twice as fast, and makes you more productive.)
