Linux drivers for ATA Flash cards ??

I want to buy a pcmcia flash card for a Linux embedded system.  I've
searched the internet and can't find anything that mentions Linux flash
drivers.  I know I've seen messages posted to various linux mailing
lists so I know they exist.  The ones I can remember off the top of my
head are the M-Systems and ScanDisk devices.

Do any of these have Linux drivers ?  What about other flash cards ?
