You might want to try targeting schools and colleges
as chip supplies. My college, just dumped about 60 or
so 486's into one of the hallways of the computer lab,
presumably for scrap. Unfortunately, I no longer
reside there, but I imagine this is probably common in
a lot of schools. I believe the chips were
486SX-33's, but I can't remember.
