Thanks!
This should be a great time saver for me. I will try to get this going
today.

BTW, do you have any scripts or instructions for building this file ?

I'd like to be able to build this from a Red Hat RPMS file (or tar from
Xfree), applying any patches and using your make file or whatever to
create it. I also need to be able to support other SVGA options, like
compiling the server for Media GX processor.

For example, I built my X by:
1. making a list of files required (way larger than your file list :-o)
2. Copying these files from my installed RH6.1 as specified in file list
3. Replacing key "environment dependent" files from my own configuration
   XF86Config, startx...
4. Installing this 'minimal' X on my bootable device (DOC and Flash IDE
drive)

What I'd like to do is:
1. make a list of required files
2. Install X RPMS
3. apply patches, configure for processor, compile XF86_SVGA
4. strip libaries and whatever else is not needed
5. Copy binaries from installed X and compiled binaries as specified in
file list
6. Replacing key "environment dependent" files from my own configuration
   XF86Config, startx...
7. Installing this 'minimal' X on my bootable device (DOC and Flash IDE
drive)

Any suggestions or comments welcome!

Thanks for the help,
Ralph
