Thanks to those who responded to my earlier.
RH does appear to set a default timeout at 10 min's.
I now have the unwanted screensaver/blank screen only in X.
This is an embedded project, which requires display all the time.
How do I disable screensaver in X ?, which also seems to timeout after
10 min's.
