were for the per incident support
10 incidents
One year of incident based support for BlueCat linux (x86) $1,850
20 incidents
of the same as above $3,500
For any consulting work that you need done, they are done via a fixed bid. I
didn't get any examples of actual cost on this one, because I didn't really
think I would need it.
And btw BlueCat has been released in full production. You can actually buy
it, and so far its one of the better pricing plans I have seen in the
embedded market, in terms of outsourcing anyways.
