Ok, For all those silly CF devices that seem to work, most of the time... The attached utility, cfbt, is a shell script that will load the CF with files and verify them. Any files that don't verify will remain on the device (using up the bad blocks). Probably a better way to do this (and its a little slow), but it seems to help *some* sick CF cards...
