Hi! I was working on adding printer support to LEM(non USB) RAM and Disk space are constraint (16MB DOM 16MB RAM ) .. after working on 20/25 MB portion i will try to compress it to fit in 16MB ... I am using the approach .. 1)start from scratch(create an empty ext2 partition) 2)expand LEM + LEM X11, add kernel RH6.2 update lilo 3)populate with relevant files like WM, editor, etc .. LPR / LPD were options .. LPR from RH7 needs lot of additional support Kerberos .. etc not needed for me ..so i used RH6.2 lpd ... after populating relevant files ..i noticed . . in /dev lp devices are missing lp0/lp1/lp2 .. what needs to be done .. ??? regards srinivas __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
