Under a $100 is a tall order for a embedded board.  You would need
some large commercial quantity to hit that price point.  About the
closest thing I know of thats commercially available is a VIA epia or
eden setup.  Its a mini-itx and costs just over $100.   Dunno if that
fits your needs or not.
