Hey all, i'm just wondering what is the purpose of running the apt-get update both when building and NFS root and when deploying software on the target host?
isn't the nfs root built from your local debian mirror which should be up to date anyway? i commented out the update process on my setup, especically for the target host which does not have internet connectivity... is this ok or am i missing something? cheers alex
