no, on the system is no separate dns server.
i think i have found the reason.
in the fai mailing list is an problem described like mine.
however it is to find in "problem with 2.6.6."
maybe it's the same problem.

whatever...
i have switched to ip adresses in the sources.list, so i don't have the problem 
with resolving the hostnames.

but i still have no idea, why the problem happens at this point.
