hi, i am trying to set up an amd64 fai server.would appreciate some help.
when i try to boot a client from the server i get the following error VFS: Cannot open root device "nfs" or unknown-block (0,255) Please append a correct "root=" boot option Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,255) I am using DHCP+DNS+PXE DHCP works as the client is able to get the ip address.
