The system is after installation unbootable:

does anybody have a working config for lvm setup-storage with one
disk? This is on on a vmware vm, but that should not matter.
Your problem may be related to using underlines, could you try using
something like 'pv-swap' & 'pv-root' for your partitions?
I use a very similar config file that works fine.
