Something's not right. Starting at sector 41942767s (of is not exactly 'at the beginning' Maybe disk_config disk1 disklabel:gpt primary - 1 - - primary swap 8G swap sw [...] and manually setting the "bios_grub" flag afterwards is going to achieve the intended result. We'll see.
