I don't suppose anyone has created a good way to generate a
setup-storage config file from the outupt of parted, have you? I was
thinking one could write a perl script that would take the output from
parted and generate a starting point setup-storage file. You'd still
have to generalize it and maybe change which partitions are to be
preserved, etc. But you wouldn't have to figure out all the partitions,
types, formats, and labels. That could all be gleaned from the output
from parted.
