Hi Andrej.

I have many different partition schemes, sometimes per-class, sometimes per-host.

The last I used is:
-8<--
disk_config disk1 disklabel:msdos bootable:1 fstabkey:uuid align-at:1M preserve_reinstall:6,8

primary / 12G-16G ext4 rw,noatime,errors=remount-ro
logical swap 2G-4G swap sw
logical - 120M-122M:preserve_lazy ext4 noauto createopts="-L PERMDATA"
logical /var 8G-16G ext4 rw,noatime,nosuid,nodev
logical /home 2G- ext4 rw,noatime,nosuid,nodev
-8<--

Since the PC was a Windows machine, the disk was already partitioned with a completely different scheme and setup_storage errored out. Might be related to preserve_* options (still couldn't grasp the difference between 'reinstall' and 'lazy') but what I need is just that those partitions are left untouched unless I tell FAI it's the first install.

Diego
