Doesn't work with chroot :-(

/proc isn't smart enough to tell if it's mounted on
a chroot'ed fs.

I think this whole /dev/root in /proc/mounts business is a
bit dubious.  Is there a reason why it doesn't have
/dev/PARTITION...?
