Hi,

I know that Oracle provides a special pre-compiler
that allows you to use special Oracle routines in
your C-code, which you then pre-compile with this 
compiler and this result can then be feeded to your
regular C-compiler. 
I've never used it (I use Perl to do these things)
but I think it comes with the standard Oracle Enterprise
version.
