Due to a change in the way mercurial works, we need everyone pushing
changes to hg.linux-ha.org to add the following text to ~/.hgrc on
hg.linux-ha.org (NOT on your LOCAL machine).
[trusted]
users = andrew
This will allow the script that fixes up permissions to be executed
(and therefor allow others to also push changes).
