I can read the attachments, no problem there, it's just that when replying the attachment is not quoted which makes it hard to comment the code. If there is an smtp server available then you can use the Mercurial patchbomb extension to send patches, it takes just a few minutes. If you can use only one particular MUA then let me know and I'll do copy and paste of code excerpts where necessary.
