There is no file you need with ocf-tester. Just do:

# ocf-tester -n myrsc -o p1=v1 -o p2=v2 ... /.../lxc

Replace pn with parameter names and vn with values for which the
RA is supposed to be able to start the resource (in this case an
lxc container).
