This is a big difference. So, I would be interested if the
interval is the timespan between action start 1 and action start 2
or if it is the timespan between action end 1 and action start 2?

So, can it be that two actions for the same RA run in parallel because
of interval and timeout values badly chosen?

Can someone proof?
