Hi there! My name is Lars Daniel Forseth and I studied Applied Computer Science at IBM in Germany.
My final diploma thesis has the title "High-Availability Cluster Support for IBM Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) on Linux". As part of this diploma thesis I implemented the new Resource Agent for IBM's Informix Dynamic Server (abbreviated by IDS, see http://ibm.com/informix for details). The IDS Resource Agent manages an IDS database server instance as a resource in a high-availability cluster running on Linux-HA. The source code of the IDS Resource Agent is already published in the official development tree of Linux-HA and will be an integral part of Linux-HA as of the next release.
