Miroslav, first problem (solved) was that oracle script check binary for oracle sqlplus command not in the oracle environment, so it fails due to lack of oracle binary PATH in the rest of system. Second problem is that oracle seems not to run (always unable to find sqlplus) because cib processes are respawned as user hacluster and doing a ps reports that running user is ID 498. UID 498 corresponds to hacluster user, but seems not to be the same. Now I'm trying to manipulate oracle startup script to remove che sqlplus binary for a test.
