No, if you read the manual, you will discover that his creates a rule
saying that the "Oracle" resource can't run on the current machine anymore.
Use carefully, and try to remember to use crm_resource -U -r Oracle to
remove the rule afterwards.
I also recommend you to try using -H to specify where to move the
resource to, and -u to specify a life time for the newly created rule.
